£35 a tour
For each tour that runs. For seasonal operators, or a first live group.
B
£390 a year
Per tour director, unlimited tours. One payment a year; it does not renew by itself.
Founding pilot: £290 for your first 12 months.

from£3,000 a year
Up to 100 tours a year. £6,500 up to 300; above that we agree a price.
D
from£30,000 a year
100 tour director seats included; extra seats £250 a year each. One-off onboarding £5,000.
A tour counts once, however many days it lasts, when its first day has passed and at least one guest has signed in to MyTour for it.
Templates, practice tours and tours cancelled before they start never count.
You use one tour credit when you create a tour. If that tour never runs, we give the credit back.
A Season Pass or tour credits bought before 9 November 2026 stay exactly as they are: the same price, the same end date, the same tours.
Tour credits still never expire, and each one still covers one tour. When a Season Pass ends, you choose a licence here.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). No VAT is charged: Aurea Futura LTD is not VAT registered.
Guests pay you in person, by your own card terminal or cash. No guest money moves through My Tour Platform.
