Who we are

About My Tour Platform

You build the tour once. The hotel, the driver, the group leader and every traveller open a link to their own part of it: rooming lists, the day's plan, vouchers and messages, in one place instead of spreadsheets and group chats.

Why we built this

My Tour Platform was started by Slim Benatia, a working tour director. Every hotel night ended the same way: a rooming list in one file, vouchers in another, and a group chat that never stopped.

He built one place where the tour director creates the tour, adds the travellers, shares a link with the group leader and lets the hotel add its rooms. He still uses it on the road.

Memberships

• Tour directors create a free account with their first tour free, then choose a licence: per tour (£35), a TD seat (£390 a year, unlimited tours), or an Operator or Enterprise licence for a tour company. See pricing. Online checkout is currently unavailable, so contact us to upgrade.
• Tour operators take a Corporate membership, agreed after a meeting with us.

Full terms are in the Membership Agreement.

Your data

• Our main servers are in the United Kingdom, hosted by IONOS.
• AI tools for tour directors use OpenAI and Anthropic, which may process data in the United States. We do not send guest personal data to them on purpose. Guests cannot ask AI anything; their Tour Book may show a short AI-written narration made from city names and itinerary titles.
• The privacy policy lists every service provider, what it receives and where it is.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal information for marketing.
• Travellers’ names, rooms and dietary or medical notes are anonymised 90 days after the tour ends.
