Why We Built This

Managing rooming lists shouldn't require spreadsheets, endless WhatsApp messages, and last-minute phone calls to hotels. Too many Tour Directors lose hours on logistics that should be simple.

We built My Tour Platform to change that. One place where you create your tour, add your passengers, share a link with your group leader, and let the hotel add their rooms. Everything stays in sync, everyone has access, and nothing gets lost.
