Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement governs the billing relationship between you (the "Subscriber" or "Tour Director") and Aurea Futura LTD ("we," "us," "our") for access to My Tour Platform. This Agreement supplements and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing credits or a pass, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Pricing Options

My Tour Platform offers two flexible pricing options. Both options unlock all platform features with no limits on capability:

Pay-Per-Tour Credits

  • Credits can be purchased individually or in multi-packs (e.g., 5-pack).
  • 1 Credit is consumed when creating or cloning a new live tour.
  • Credits never expire.
  • AI text generation actions are capped at 50 per tour to prevent abuse. If you reach this limit, you must purchase a one-off "AI Boost" to continue using AI features for that specific tour.

Season Pass (£150/year)

  • Billed annually as a recurring subscription.
  • Provides unlimited tour creations with no credit deductions.
  • Includes unlimited AI text generation (subject to fair use).

Feature availability within the platform may be updated from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

2. Administrator-Controlled Features

Certain features are not tied to billing limits and are instead enabled or disabled by a platform administrator on a per-Tour Director basis:

  • Supplier Book — Access to the shared supplier directory. Enabled at the sole discretion of the platform administrator for privacy and operational reasons.
  • E-Vouchers — Access to electronic voucher generation. Requires administrator approval and is limited to tours operated by approved tour companies.

These administrator-controlled features are provided at no additional charge and may be granted or revoked at any time by the platform administrator without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be a registered Tour Director on My Tour Platform to make a purchase.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have a valid payment method to process payments via Revolut.
  • By purchasing, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4. Making a Purchase

Tour Credits, Season Passes, and AI Boosts can be purchased through the Subscription page accessible from your Tour Director dashboard. The process is as follows:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page from your dashboard.
  2. Select the option you wish to purchase (e.g., Season Pass or a Credit Pack).
  3. Complete the checkout process via Revolut.
  4. Upon successful payment, your credits or pass will be activated immediately.

5. Billing Cycle

  • Tour Credits and AI Boosts are one-off purchases that do not renew.
  • The Season Pass is billed on an annual recurring basis via Revolut.
  • Your first Season Pass payment is charged at the time of subscription. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same date each year.
  • All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
  • Aurea Futura LTD is not VAT registered. No VAT is applied to purchases.

6. Payment Failures (Season Pass)

If a recurring Season Pass payment fails:

  • Revolut will attempt to retry the payment according to its standard retry policy.
  • If payment cannot be collected, your Season Pass will be suspended.
  • During suspension, you must rely on Tour Credits to create new tours.
  • Your Season Pass will be restored once payment is successfully processed.

7. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 minutes of your initial Season Pass payment. To do so, use the "Cancel & Get Refund" option on your subscription page within this window. After the 30-minute window has passed, all payments for Season Passes, Tour Credits, and AI Boosts are non-refundable. When you cancel a Season Pass:

  • You will retain Season Pass active status until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial, pro-rated, or full refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle or unused Tour Credits.

This policy applies to all cancellations, whether initiated by you, by the platform administrator, or as a result of payment failure.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel an active Season Pass at any time. Because Tour Credits are one-off purchases, they cannot be cancelled, but they never expire. Cancellation of a Season Pass can be done via:

  • Self-service: Via the Subscription page in your Tour Director dashboard.
  • Payment provider: Directly through your Revolut account's subscription management.
  • Contact us: By emailing hello@mytourplatform.com with your cancellation request.

Upon cancellation, your Season Pass will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you must rely on Tour Credits to create new tours.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices for Season Passes, Tour Credits, and AI Boosts. If we increase prices for an active recurring Season Pass:

  • We will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email before the new price takes effect.
  • The price change will apply from the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.
  • If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your Season Pass before the new billing cycle begins.

10. Membership Suspension

We may suspend your Season Pass in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or persistent payment failures.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity on your account.
  • Misuse of platform features or resources.

Where possible, we will notify you of the reason for suspension and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent action is taken.

11. Account Deletion and Data

If you delete your account or request account deletion:

  • Any active Season Pass will be cancelled, and no further payments will be collected.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining period of your Season Pass or unused Tour Credits.
  • Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including applicable data retention periods.
  • Anonymised tour data may be retained for statistical and service improvement purposes.

12. Relationship to Terms and Conditions

This Membership Agreement forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless this Agreement expressly states otherwise.

13. Governing Law

This Membership Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.
