Delete your MyTour data

You can delete your data yourself in the app. It takes a minute.

Guests

This deletes at once:

Your profile and your email address.
Your replies, including your tour form answers.
Your meal choices and your included-choice selections.
Your diet notes, including the copy shown on the tour director's guest list. On school trips the tour director or group leader keeps the diet note on the guest list; ask them, or write to us, to remove it.
The devices you trusted for this tour.
Your phones' sign-ups for tour update notifications (push subscriptions).

This stays for a while:

Your name on the tour company's guest list, and what the tour director linked to it (luggage tags and scans, optional activity sign-ups). These are anonymised or deleted 90 days after the tour ends.
Any taxi or transfer booking keeps only its amounts; your name and contact details are removed at once. The amounts go with the tour data.
The record that you tapped "I agree" on the tour notice: kept for 3 years. Its IP address is replaced by a keyed hash after 30 days.
Records of your sign-ins: kept for 12 months. Their IP address is replaced by a hash after 30 days.
A line in our admin activity log saying that a registration was deleted (a number and the first part of the IP address, not your name): kept for 24 months.

To have your name removed from the guest list sooner, ask your tour director or write to us.

All tour data is deleted or anonymised automatically 90 days after the tour ends.

Sign in and open Account.
Tap your name (Profile and password).
Under Your data, tap Delete my account. Type DELETE and your password to confirm.

This deletes your account, your sign-in details and your private records.

If you cannot use these options, email us at hello@mytourplatform.com. We reply within one month.
