This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Aurea Futura LTD has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

1. About Our Organisation

Aurea Futura LTD (Company No. 11132111) is a technology company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 18 Spencer Road, London SW20 0QP, United Kingdom.

We develop and operate My Tour Platform, a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) application that provides tour management tools for Tour Directors and the travel industry. Our business is entirely digital; we do not manufacture physical goods, operate warehouses, or maintain a physical supply chain.

2. Our Business Structure

Aurea Futura LTD is a small enterprise operated by a sole director with a small team. Our operations are conducted entirely in the United Kingdom. We do not have subsidiaries, branch offices, or operations in other countries.

Our workforce consists of the company director and a small number of contractors and freelancers, all of whom are engaged voluntarily, paid fairly, and treated with dignity and respect.

  • All workers are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
  • Workers are paid fairly and in accordance with applicable minimum wage laws.
  • Working conditions comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
  • No identity documents are confiscated or retained.
  • No recruitment fees are charged to workers.

5. Due Diligence

We undertake the following due diligence measures to assess and manage modern slavery risk:

  • Supplier selection: We select suppliers that are established, reputable organisations with publicly available modern slavery statements and ethical business policies. We prioritise suppliers based in jurisdictions with strong labour protections (UK, EU, US).
  • Contractual terms: Our agreements with suppliers and contractors include expectations regarding ethical conduct and compliance with applicable labour laws.
  • Ongoing monitoring: We periodically review our suppliers and their public commitments to ethical practices.
  • Worker engagement: All individuals working with Aurea Futura LTD do so voluntarily and are free to raise concerns at any time.

6. Risk Assessment

We consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain to be low for the following reasons:

  • We are a digital-only business with no physical manufacturing, agricultural, or construction activities.
  • Our workforce is small and based in the United Kingdom, a jurisdiction with strong labour protections.
  • Our supply chain consists entirely of established technology companies with their own robust compliance programmes.
  • We do not operate in high-risk sectors or regions commonly associated with modern slavery.
  • We do not use agencies to recruit labour.

Despite the low risk, we remain vigilant and committed to ensuring that modern slavery does not occur in any part of our business or supply chain.
